2018 1st New Orchid Varieties Trade Show
Taiwan Orchid BreedersSociety was founded on August 9, 2008, with the goal to uniting individuals andorganizations in orchids cultivation and research. The missions of TaiwanOrchid Breeders Society are promoting new Orchid variety development, boostingbreeding techniques, promoting Orchid industry and working in conjunction withthe government agency in drafting guidelines and policies. The themeof this year’s exhibition is “ Roots in Taiwan, Orchids Go Global”. The foundation of Taiwan’s orchids industryare the small Orchid growers, research and development of new varieties and thetechnological superiority in breeding gained the reputation for Taiwan as theKingdom of Orchids. In order toprovide long term supply Chain of new varieties, our target invitees to theconvention and exhibition are domestic and international seedling companies,tradesmen, breeders and trading companies. Our goals are to promoting economic efficiency, building mutual trustand benefits to create capabilities to compete internationally.
